Using the elegant Elanora design as a base, we built a custom floor plan that brought our clients’ vision to life in just 14 weeks!
Outside, the traditional facade with hip roof extends over a large front patio, combined with lightweight cladding that make this granny flat curb appealing. Step inside and the two-bedroom home showcases a spacious, open-plan living area kept cool and comfortable with split system air conditioning. The kitchen features a Chalkstone island bench, stacked splash back tiles and the latest Artusi appliances.
Then it’s on to the bright, contemporary and cleverly-structured bedrooms. Positioned on opposite sides of the flat for ultimate privacy, these bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes and fan lights. The walkways for these bedrooms have been shifted to accommodate a large bathroom and separate laundry (complete with a linen cupboard) between them.
