Build process
We conducted a free site inspection and identified that, despite the property's unusual corner boundaries, the right design could accommodate a high-quality 60m2 granny flat with two patios, its own street frontage and access to maximise rental returns.
Our in-house architects adapted our Elanora floorplan to suit the client's unique block and investment objectives. The design was approved under a DA process. As Sydney-based investors, they wanted to maximise returns without compromising on quality.
Led by our Project Manager Brett, we conducted the build within a 14 week build timeframe from slab to handover, keeping our clients updated every step of the way.

Cabinetry: Polytec matt cabinetry featuring Moss Grey lower cabinets and Prime Oak overhead cupboards, complemented by brushed nickel handles for a warm contemporary look.
Benchtop: Deluxe polished stone benchtop in Fresco, offering a light, elegant surface that's both practical and durable.
Flooring: Natural Oak luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the living, kitchen and dining areas, bringing the warmth of timber with the resilience of modern vinyl.
Bedrooms: Redbook Skyway carpet in 91 Basalt provides softness underfoot while adding comfort and acoustic performance.
Paint: Haymes Gradient 2 walls with Greyology 1 gloss trims and doors create a fresh, neutral palette throughout the home.
Bathrooms: Full-height Canyon Stone Highland matt tiles to both floors and walls, finished with medium grey grout and complemented by striking matte black tapware and accessories for a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic.
