A custom granny flat built in Woy Woy made to meet all the access needs of mobility limited family. The dwelling needed to be built-up to avoid disturbing underground plumbing and waterpipes. Rather than building stairs to connect the yard to the home, we created a ramp from treated pine and vinyl planks – ensuring maximum quality and usability, and compliance with disability standards regarding ramp gradient and appropriate landings.
