A two bedroom granny flat with porch and driveway built in Lake Macquarie. The client has a corner block so realised that it was perfectly suited to building a granny flat that would have its own access. The floorplan was designed to be north facing for sunlight, with a timber deck overlooking the street.
This design sees the two bedrooms at opposite ends of the granny flat, which creates more privacy if Mum has visitors.
