The details
This customised small home design is characterised by its charm and space. Clever design choices such as the teal front door and white on grey timber windows make this granny flat design ooze style. Larger than a standard granny flat, the large rear patio and seamless indoor/outdoor floor plan along with the addition of an extra bedroom, attached garage and separate laundry make this a very roomy design.
