A clever split design delivering perfect fit on a sloping block
A customised Silverdale Floorplan – by splitting the design into two separate rectangles to suit the block, the design was perfectly incorporated into the existing space. We easily managed to overcome the challenge of the sloping site by changing the floor level using unipeirs, so that the deck of the granny finished at the same height as the adjacent pool deck with extraordinary results.
