A modified Alba Design featuring double skillian roof and a patio off the main living area. The roofline is complemented by the upgrade to Newport cladding which is a horizontally laid board and emphasizes the striking angles that are a key feature of the Alba granny flat design. Feature lights frame each side of the front entrance door which has been painted white to contrast with the grey-blue exterior paintwork.
