For local property investors who wanted to utilise the extra space on their property and maximise the use of their property we designed and built a two storey granny flat. Our client wanted to be able to utilise one of the garages underneath for themselves, so we built two separate single garages underneath.
This two storey granny flat features two bedrooms, one bathroom and a combined kitchen, living and dining area. The granny flat has a gorgeous front balcony which overlooks the neighbourhood. The exterior of this granny flat has James Hardie cladding and a Colorbond roof.
