The couple opted for a mixed, modified Kalinda and Elanora floor plan from our range of granny flat designs. In just 20 weeks we were able to deliver this marvel, which Adriana and Mario were thoroughly impressed with.

Not only does the design skillfully allow for tenants to experience maximal views through the bifold kitchen windows, but they can also feel one with the scenery through access to the adjoining outdoor timber wooden deck.

However when the breeze isn’t enough on those particularly warmer summer days, tenants can enjoy cooling off indoors with split system air conditioning. The inside comforts continue with an Artusi range of built-in appliances including dishwasher, oven, cooktop and rangehood. The savvy design also features a huge 2000L Enviro Slim Line Water Tank supplying the property. 

Adriana and Mario really wanted to give their tenants space and style. Opting for a sleek wall hung bathroom vanity that provides plenty for storage but allows room to move. This parallels the idea behind a single car garage added for their tenants to enjoy both privacy and access to the property.

The kitchen continues the contrasting scheme by harmonising the splashback tiles in United Grey Gloss with the quality built-in Artusi appliances against the white also. With plenty of bench space and outlets for any extra appliances the quaint kitchen and open dining area can still pack some punch when entertaining for guests.

Mario and Adriana really went the whole nine yards with their build. The best part? The couple are now enjoying some seriously WHOPPING weekly rental income returns as a result.
