3-bedroom Newcastle granny flat recently completed

Still within the maximum 60sqm floorspace parameters as set out in NSW legislation, we were able to design and construct this 3-bedroom Newcastle granny flat to meet the requirements of our client. The granny flat has an open-plan kitchen with modern a modern fit-out and a surprisingly spacious bathroom.
The clients were very particular about their need for three bedrooms as it gave them flexibility to rent the granny flat to a broad cross-section of the community. The design also lends itself well to meet the demand for rental accommodation around the University.
