The family chose the cottage-style, two-bedroom Elanora granny flat to use as a teenager’s retreat, as it was the ideal fit for the block and their needs. They made a few adjustments to the design to better cater to their lifestyle. This included removing the hallway to increase the size of a bedroom and the bathroom. The couple also added a raked ceiling for a stylish, modern look.
