Build process
Lorey and Josh chose to modify the Elanora floor plan for their granny flat investment property. They updated the kitchen layout and added a breakfast bar as well as a European laundry. They also reorientated the entry door and then added glass sliding doors off the combined kitchen and dining, that flow onto an outdoor patio, extending the liveable space. This project was built on a concrete slab floor system and took approximately 17 weeks to complete.
