A custom design 3 bedroom small home with attached garage. Our client wanted to subdivide their property and turned to Backyard Grannys to maximise their investment. We completed this build including minor works and landscaping in just 20 weeks. The outside features James Hardie Newport Cladding in Shale Grey with a Surfmist feature wall while the inside is completed with a midnight oak brown laminate floor board.
