We recently completed this warrain design granny flat on a picturesque property in Louth Park, which is planned to be used as a short-term rental property. It features a north facing living area and tiled patio to soak up the afternoon sun, two bedrooms, an open plan living/dining and kitchen and a combined bathroom/laundry. The living areas have been fitted out with bamboo flooring, whilst the bedrooms have a lush dark grey carpet and the bathroom has been tiled.
