A mixed, modified Kalinda and Elanora floor plan from our range of granny flat designs. In just 20 weeks we were able to deliver this marvel. Not only does the design skillfully allow for tenants to experience maximal views through the bifold kitchen windows, but they can also feel one with the scenery through access to the adjoining outdoor timber wooden deck.
