No. Our innovative design team can modify one of our standard granny flat designs to suit your backyard and personal requirements. Alternatively, they can also create a custom design to meet your exact requirements. A custom-designed granny flat is basically one that’s tailored just for you – it’s not part of our standard floor plan range.
