Getting started

Reach out to us by phone or online, and we’ll respond within 24 hours to discuss your block’s suitability for a granny flat. We’ll then arrange a free on-site inspection with one of our experts, provide you with a detailed quote tailored to your needs, and guide you through the next steps.

Custom design

From concept to final design, our in-house architect will work with you to create the perfect custom granny flat for you and your block. You’ll then be guided by our expert Design Team through the material selections process at our Showroom. We’ll assist you in choosing your interior and exterior colours, and your fixtures and finishes, ensuring they reflect your unique needs and lifestyle.

Approvals

Let us do the work for you! Dealing with council can be tricky and time-consuming. Our in-house Approval Coordinator will prepare and submit your application to either our private certifier for CDC approval, or your local council for DA approval. Our team will also liaise with all other professionals and authorities and complete all applications and obtain authority certificates on your behalf, ready for the build to begin.

Construction

The construction of your granny flat is typically completed within 16-20 weeks. You will be assigned a Site Supervisor, who will keep you up to date throughout the progress of your build. Upon completion, we’ll hand over the keys and warranty information, and the beautifully completed granny flat is now all yours. Congratulations!
