It is positioned at the rear of the block to make optimal use of the backyard for the granny flat whilst taking into consideration the tenants in the front house. There is a colorbond fence which separates the granny flat from the main dwelling.
The exterior of the granny flat is brick veneer, with gunmetal grey gutters and roof, white window and doors frames. Inside the flooring is carpet for the living area and bedrooms and tiles for the kitchen and bathroom/laundry.
